Our basic behavioural consultation and plan includes:
Full behavioural assessment and diagnosis of the problem behaviour.
A plan detailing the process for managing & modifying your pet's behaviour.
6 months of telephone and email support are also included.
The price of our basic behavioural consultation is £165.00 and is suitable for dogs exhibiting problems such as general fears, anxiety, phobias or attention seeking problems. Follow up sessions or practical behavioural training sessions are priced at £45.00.
Our recommended package costs £270.00 and is designed for dogs exhibiting aggression towards owners, resource guarding, destructive behaviour, separation problems or barking. Further follow up sessions or practical behavioural training sessions are priced at £45.00.
The price of our reactivity package is £330.00 and is recommended for human or dog directed aggression, or severe separation anxiety. Modifying these emotionally motivated behaviours takes time and there are no quick fixes. The goal is to change your dog's view of the things they are reacting towards or develop their confidence alone. Additional follow up sessions or practical behavioural training sessions may still be required and are priced at £45.00.
It is important to have your veterinairian rule out any physical causes of problematic behaviour, especially if it has only recently started.
Step 2 - Behaviour Questionnaire
You book your initial consultation appointment and complete an online behavioural assessment questionnaire prior to our initial appointment. Alternatively you can complete the online behavioural questionnaire first - click here.
Step 3 - Initial Consultation
This takes place at your home and normally lasts around 2 hours. The aim is to fully diagnose the underlying causes of the problematic behaviour.
Step 4 - Behaviour Modification Plan
A behavioural action plan will then be provided outling your dog's motivations, their prognosis, along with instructions on how to improve or resolve their problematic behaviours.
We will then conduct any practical training sessions and/or reviews in order to ensure that you both remain successful.
